What is Done Desk?

We're an app built to fill a need! Dental Practices didn't have one software focused on comprehensive compliance. We offer an LMS, DocumentHub, and Tasking (plus more!) to organize and automate your compliance processes.

Do you have OSHA training?

Yup! We've got employee training, admin training, the OSHA Coordinator Tasking Track, and in-app tools to help you build and update your OSHA manual - plus more. Done Desk not only delivers the training annually but also tracks each team member’s status and post-course certificates. TLDR; WE GOT YOU COVERED.

Is OSHA all you do?

No — we focus on 8 realms of compliance: OSHA, HIPAA, Infection Control, HazComm, Emergency Prep, Radiation, Facility Readiness, and HR.

Do you have general dental training?

Yes! Done Desk's LMS is full turnkey training content. On top of all our federal-standard training like OSHA and HIPAA we've got Dental CE and role-based training- like our Dental Front Desk course.

What are Tasks?

Done Desk Tasks allow you to pull from a pre-made task library of thing you need to do to be in compliance. Done Desk Tasks are built with bite-sized training videos and PDFs with each to-do — making it easily delegate to your people so anyone can accomplish more. You can make you own custom tasks, too!

How are Done Desk Tasks different from my current work management platform?

Can a brand new Asana account show you how to perform autoclave maintenance? Oh. No?

Done Desk can! Our pre-built Task library tells you what you need to do and shows you how to do it.

What is the DocHub?

Done Desk's Document Hub is your portal to faster onboarding, less paperwork, and timely reminders for when documents expire. Track licensure, BLS, employee agreements, and more with an HR DocTrack — or easily gather W4s, I9s, and new employee info with a pre-built state-specific DocTrack. Then, get automatic reminders when documents are about to expire or require changes.

What's a DocTrack?

Done Desk's Document Hub is built with DocTracks — think of them like folders for any type of paperwork collection you'd need. Documents in groups. Customize your DocTracks by adding things like your employee handbook to a Done Desk state-specific Onboarding Track. Then, you can assign new employees everything you need from them in one click.

Does everyone on my team need OSHA/HIPAA Training?

Yes! All working personnel within the office need annual training in both OSHA and HIPAA federal and state guidelines. Done Desk not only delivers the training annually but also tracks each team member’s status and post-course certificates.
